Trout, Conifer and Native Conservation Plant Sale

Order Rainbow or Brook Trout to stock your private pond. Permit to Stock required from the Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife. Applications are available from OCSWCD upon request.

The Native Conservation Plant Sale includes plants, shrubs, ferns, vines and trees native to this area with non-invasive properties.

Some examples:

Perennials– Bugbane, Dutchmans Breeches, Roundlobed Hepatica

Ferns– Sensitive, Cinnamon, Christmas

Grasses, Groundcovers & Vines– Creeping Wintergreen, Lowbush Blueberry,       Virginia Rose

Trees & Shrubs– Northern Bayberry, Pussy Willow, American Elderberry,                Sugar Maple, American Hornbeam

This year we are offering the following conifer/evergreen trees:

· Fraser Fir  · Balsam Fir · Colorado Blue Spruce  · Norway Pine  · White Spruce

· Canadian Hemlock  · White Pine

These are transplant seedlings, sold in minimum groups of 10. A great way to add beauty and color to your home and landscape.  A beautiful gift for a friend!
